Madre Terra project was founded Brazil and we ship products all over the world mainly to Asia, Europe, USA, Ukraine and Russia.
Until a few years ago, our patient customers and friends had been waiting for their orders for months - we sent them all directly from Brazil.
To speed up the delivery, orders shipment was organized from Sweden, Ukraine and Russia, where our products are delivered through complex logistics chains. Their complexity is caused by constant new restrictions on the postage of our traditional products from Brazil, which makes us search for new opportunities for their delivery.
At the moment we have representative offices in Kiev, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Stockholm, we are also working on the opening of new branches.
This means that the products you ordered to Europe will be sent from our branches.
To compensate our enormous logistics expanses from Brazil, we use Common Shipping from Brazil to Ukraine or Russia - it costs $ 10. Previously, Common Delivery meant a joint package from Brazil with other participants. Such parcels delivery could take up to 3 months.
Individual delivery means sending a parcel to you personally to any country in the world. Shipment is carried out from Brazil or the nearest representative office. It costs $ 39 for weight up to 500 grams (the weight increase adds $ 4-7 for every half kilo).
Urgent individual delivery is carried out using the EMS service, parcels go faster, it costs $ 67 for up to 500 grams.
We are a small company with a good, but modest team - in terms of the number of people. Therefore, we process your orders manually as fast as possible on Weekdays and Brazilian Time. Our time zone is +5 +6 hours to yours, so it`s very early for us.

To save time, we always ask you to place an order on the website, whereas we will discuss the issue of payment personally on WhatsApp, and the order can be changed depending on the availability of products at the nearest branch.
